Hello, my name is Barbara Morrison (Blocker). I am the Executive Director at Southwest 8 Senior Services. I have 21 years of experience in the aging network. The last 11 years being here at SW8 as the Director. Other experiences I have had include: hospital staff dietitian, Assistant Professor of Hotel and Food Service Management at Penn State University, state nutrition specialist for Nebraska, and nutrition director for an agency in Nebraska. My educational background as you may guess is in Food and Nutrition. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Food & Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Masters of Science degree in Food Systems Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I became a Registered Dietitian in 1977 after having passed the national exam. |

Hello, my name is Clay Bowker I am a Certified Public Accountant with 26 years experience as a chief financial officer working primarily with for profit organizations prior to coming to Southwest 8 Senior Services. I have been with SW8 for almost four years and have enjoyed very much working with my coworkers and the seniors in our 8 county area. My hobbies are playing golf, I enjoy reading, especially political suspense novels. My wife Karen and I enjoy traveling very much. We have one son, Michael who is 28, he lives in Omaha and is still looking for miss right. |

Hello, My name is Kelly Rapier; I am the Director of Development for Southwest 8. I have been employed with SW8 for 2 years. I started as a manager for one of the centers, after about six months I transferred to the main office as an administrative assistant. In July of 2000, I became the Director of Development. I currently have a bachelors of Science Degree from Bellevue University. |

Hello my name is Sherri Carson, I have been employed with SW8 since 1993. I am the office manager and coordinator for the frozen meal program. I really enjoy working with seniors. My free time is spent trying to keep up with my seven year old son Alec. |
